Patrick Paradis, born in 1967 in a little town name Acton Vale in Quebec. I now live in another small town name St-Charles-de-Drummond in a nice area name, the “Centre du Québec”. I am a proud father of 2 young boys and the younger like to see aircrafts on screen with his Papa.

I am flying MS Flight Simulator since fs2000. I use to do a ATW with each new version of flight simulator. I was a long way from home when we decide to launch that site so I start everything back after so many nautical miles.

I’ve been an active member of the Livewire Airlines virtual airlines for the last 3 years and decide that it was time for me for a new challenge. According to wife, me too, I spend too much time in front of that little boy toy !

I already have met Jack and Holger on the last years and plan to meet the rest of the Six Pack on the next ones.

Ohhhh, I almost forget, I am famous for my landing skills…

Bryan Kirk

Bryan Kirk (33) from Aylmer, Quebec, Canada. Born and raised in the Ottawa/Hull region, married, and proud father of two wonderful young girls. After studying political science and journalism, I was a reporter for 6 years, and then worked in the “hallways of power” as a “political operative”. I now enjoy my job as a civil servant in our national capital of Ottawa.

I fooled around with MSFS since the early ‘90’s, but have started taking it seriously since last spring, when a computer upgrade and FS2004 made me a new addict. A goal of mine is to obtain my PPL for my 40th birthday, so I have 7 more years to practice… and to save my money!

I met the rest of this crazy bunch through Livewire Airlines, which I joined in June ’04. Don’t have a clue why they invited me in, but I’m sure I am in for one heck of a ride! I am looking forward to comments and ideas on my pictorials, which can be found in the “logbook” section.

Feel free to contact me at bryanatw@yahoo.ca, or in our forums.

I was born in 1984 in Prague and still living in this nice city in the heart of Europe. Now i'm studying Company Information systems on University of Economics.

I started virtual flying in 1997 with Flight Unlimited II and then continued with Fly Unlimited III. When MS bought LookingGlass, i switched to FS2002. Few month later my brother found Livewire Airlines, so i signed up and started enjoying flightsimming.

I met all “Six Pack” members there and cooperated for a long time with Pat. I didnt know about this project, but started flying mostly VFR flights right before i joined. Then Pat mailed me if i can help with design and after day or two i joined them.

Born 1971 and raised in the small town Unna, Germany. After school I studied Computer Engineering and got a job as UNIX IT specialist in a large computer and service company. Currently I'm living near to the city Cologne (EDDK) on the Rhine. Father of a little son born in summer 2002 and as consequence married since then, but over all happy with my current situation. If I could only find some more time for virtual flying ...

Interested in PC flight simulation since I was sixteen and started the hobby seriously with a PC program called ATPL or something like that, anybody remember? Over the years I switched to MSFS, sometimes I missed a version because real life took me away from that great hobby. Really get addicted to flightsimming since I've joined Livewire in early 2002 and since then - according to my wife - I've spend too much time and money!

Born 1968 and raised in the small village of Locust Gap, Pennsylvania, USA. After school, I enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. After 6.5 years, I decided to pursue interests as a private citizen. Currently, I am living in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania USA. Bloomsburg has the distinct classification of being the only “town” in Pennsylvania and is home to a state college.

I am employed by a local health insurance company as a computer programmer and project manager. I am also the proud father of 2 young children.

Aviation has always been an interest of mine. Currently, I am a student pilot pursuing a private pilot license. I use Microsoft Flight Simulator 2004 as supplement training aid. I am also a member of Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA).

UPDATE:

2006-Aug-11 - Private Pilot License obtained.

2006-Aug-22 - Purchase of 1976 Cessna 172M obtained.

Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland in 1955, I studied French at Sheffield University before starting a career in export sales, which took me to live in Dubai, Kuwait and Denmark before finally arriving in Switzerland 12 years ago.

I started flightsimming in 1982 on an old Commodore 64 and have never looked back since. While living in Dubai, I started to take real flying lessons, but unfortunately I moved to Kuwait when I had 16 hours under my belt, and private flying was forbidden there due to the Iran-Iraq war which was raging at the time.

I picked up the nickname Holy Cheese after joining Livewire Airlines in 2001. We used to have a regular event called the Friday Night Frighten Flight, where a few of us would take to the skies on the multiplayer server - if you had witnessed some of our landings, you would know why we called them the Frighten Flights!

Born in Bergen, Norway in 1968. I have a son and two daughters – None of them has so far picked up on their father’s virtual hobby.

I work with international sales to the petroleum industry and that has given me the opportunity to live in Houston, Texas, in addition to travel many places around the world. Currently I am based in Bergen with my wife and kids.

My first encounter with Flight Simulation was FS 5.0 in the early 90’s. Things started to be more serious after 2000, broadband internet and surfing around to discover, hey, I’m not alone about this hobby. I discovered the world of addons, forums and then, in 2003 I enrolled as Pilot for Livewire Airlines (Virtually) where I had the pleasure of getting to know these other lost souls here at “The Six Pack”.

I also have a hotel in Brazil located in Arraial d’Ajuda, 6km from SBPS-Porto Seguro which is part of this ATW Tour. Our place is named Hotel Pousada Areia Branca (ref. my nickname).
